SH Column Series

  • SH-1: General-purpose low-polarity columns (USP G1/G2/G38) used for hydrocarbons, pesticides, and semi-volatiles.
  • SH-5 – A general-purpose 5% diphenyl/95% dimethyl phase suitable for drugs, solvent impurities, and PCB congeners
  • SH-5MS: Low-polarity 5% diphenyl/95% dimethyl phase ideal for high-sensitivity GC-MS, available with integrated guard columns
  • SH-VMS: Dedicated capillary columns designed for fast analysis of volatile organic compounds (EPA 8260/TO-15) in under 10 minutes.
  • SH-CLP: Optimized low-bleed columns specifically designed for organochlorine pesticides and herbicides, often used with GC-ECD or GC-MS.
  • SH-200: Mid-polarity trifluoropropyl methyl polysiloxane phase for solvents, fluorocarbons, and alcohols (USP G6).
  • SH-PolarWax: Polar PEG phase designed for high-resolution separation of essential oils and fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs).
  • SH-PolarD: Acid-deactivated PEG phase designed for free/underivatized fatty acids and inorganic acids.
  • SH-PolarX: Base-deactivated PEG phase for amines and other basic compounds without needing column priming.
  • SH-1701: General-purpose mid-polarity column (USP G46) for alcohols, oxygenates, and pesticide analysis.
  • SH-i-5HT: High-temperature tolerant 5% diphenyl phase for high-temperature applications like mineral oil analysis.
  • SH-FAME – Dedicated column specifically tested for fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs), equivalent to USP G16.
